Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery arrives in 5–8 business days; express in 2–4.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery windows and any customs duties vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of your confirmation, check your spam folder or email us.

Returns

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, on unused items in their original packaging. See our refund policy for the full terms.

My tool arrived damaged.
Send a photo to support@glossy-co.com within 7 days and we'll replace it. No return shipping required on our error.

Tools

Will these work outside the US?
Our straighteners, wands and travel dryer are dual voltage (110–240V). You'll need a plug adapter, not a converter. The full-size dryers and air stylers are single voltage — check the product page.

What temperature should I use?
Fine or colour-treated hair: 250–300°F. Medium: 300–380°F. Thick or coarse: 380–450°F. Start at the lowest setting that works — you can always go up.

Is there a warranty?
All electrical tools carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Hair care

Are your formulas colour-safe?
Yes, the entire range. All products are sulfate-free and safe on treated, bleached and keratin-treated hair.

Vegan and cruelty free?
Both, across every product we sell.

How often should I use the bond repair treatment?
Once a week for damaged or bleached hair; every two weeks as maintenance.
