Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Everything else goes out within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard — 5–8 business days. Free on orders over $50, otherwise $4.95.
  • Express — 2–4 business days. $12.95.
  • International — 7–15 business days, calculated at checkout.

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  1. Email support@glossy-co.com with your order number.
  2. We send a prepaid return label.
  3. Drop the parcel off — refunds are issued within 5 business days of it reaching us.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong item

Photograph the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost, and you won't need to return the original.

Hygiene exclusions

For health reasons we can't accept returns on opened hair care products, sleep bonnets or scrunchies unless they arrived faulty.
