Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse in the United States. Orders placed before 2pm ET usually leave the same business day and arrive in 3–5 business days.

How much is shipping?
Free over $75. Below that it is $6.90 flat.

Can I order from several categories at once?
Yes, and it costs no extra. Everything sits on the same shelf, so a pan, a pair of earbuds and a robe ship in one box.

Price

Why is the same quality cheaper here?
Because there is no chain between the factory and you — no distributor, no retail buyer, no store rent. We keep the catalogue small and order deep, which is the only real lever on unit cost.

Warranty and returns

What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects on everything we sell: failed motors, batteries that stop holding charge, coatings that fail in normal use, seams that give. Write to us with a photo and we replace it.

Can I return something I simply did not like?
Thirty days from delivery, no explanation needed, as long as it is in resalable condition. We send a prepaid label and refund to the original payment method once it is scanned.

Orders

Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped, yes — write to us and we will catch it. Once it is scanned by the carrier, treat it as a return.

Where is my order?
Tracking goes out the moment the label is scanned. You can also check it on our tracking page.
